32 months today!

Greetings from Oklahoma, Buddies,

 

I’m 32 months Benzo free today. I’m experiencing some moderate symptoms, but able to function and enjoy my life. Most all of the anxiety and fear are gone so I am able to tolerate symptoms when the return.

 

I’m grateful to have come this far and look forward to complete healing soon. It’s been a journey that has changed my life forever. I’m grateful for that as well.

 

I could not have come this far without the encouragement and support from my Benzo Buddies. I am grateful for you all.
