Almost 29 months benzo free

I took my last dose of Valium back in April 2020. I've been benzo free since then.

 

I was on about 3mg Klonopin from 2012 to 2014. I even took 4-5mg some days. I tried dry cutting November 2014 but went into extremely bad withdrawal. I wouldn't stabilize even after taking 6mg Klonopin. That was double my usual dose and still no help.

 

I went to a hospital December 2014 and got crossed over to 60mg Valium. I spent 2015 until 2020 just tapering slowly while trying to maintain a normal life. It wasn't easy because I still suffered from withdrawal and I have extreme sleep issues due to withdrawal.

 

I won't say I'm healed. I still have a long way to go but I'm doing way better than I once was.
