[Ze...] Posted August 21, 2022 Share Posted August 21, 2022 I have been off benzos today for a whole year. I would say month 6-12 was pretty bearable. Months 10-12 were pretty enjoyable. The symptoms I have now. Stomach clenching Oblique tightness General muscle tightness Mild mild anxiety Morning throat tightness- weird Assholey mood after 8 pm Not bad considering where I was at M1-M5 I have also been alcohol free for one year Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
