You're welcome, Nathan. I'm not sure if anyone has done so, but it would be great to hear some feedback, if so.

 

If he had been available when I was going through all of the early stuff, I would certainly have considered it. Having a knowledgeable, caring doctor to consult with would have been so helpful. I just did it alone.

I'm not in the US so I couldn't consult with him officially but I have had some nice email exchanges with him about withdrawing and he'd even be willing to be an expert witness if I'd sue my GP or to try and change legislation here in Europe.
