post withdrawal constipation

I water tapered off Xanax and didn't get the diarrhea that is supposed to be associated with withdrawal, instead I kept the constipation that Xanax can cause.

I've been off Xanax for a couple years, I think coming up on 3 yrs off, but the constipation isn't getting any better.

Is anybody else having this problem?
