Dpdr No feelings sensations

Does anyone else get this it's so scary. 8ts so creepy it makes me feel like something awful is going to happen and I'll die. Just need reassure. Thank youu

These symptoms will ease up.  I've seen this discussed a few times.  Dp/Dr are so common and according to Dr. Ashton they're even more common if you've tapered off clonazepam.  That sense of impending doom is something most of us have experienced and it's miserable, but it will pass eventually.

It's a really crappy symptom. I've had it since I started tapering over a year ago.  I'm believe it will pass most days, but some days are very difficult when you can't see any hope..I get those days.  Hang in there and please know you are not alone.

Thank you do much it's so scary. It's been intense for like 16 months almost. 

 

This is one of my main symtoms and was the first noticeable thing I noticed after stopping Clonazepam. Is it constant for you or comes and goes in episodes?
