Is this anhedonia from depression?

Does anyone else have negative feelings towards their significant other?? Very judgemental? Can’t feel ? Mood swings on and off? I’ve asked this question before didn’t get many answers which I know we are all different. But if you have felt this can you please help. I just feel so alone. (1 month off k)

Few days ago I had the same situation. I felt so alone and so far from the loved ones. I thought thats gonna be new me, but few hours later  the mood just changed. It will get better definetely!
