Whats your thought on being on the two? Is it a good idea to be off anti depressants whilst tapering off benzos or is it best to be on them both? Thoughts?

The commonly held thought is to wait until the benzodiazepine has been tapered and some recovery has happened before starting on another taper. If one tried to taper more than one drug at a time it’s hard to tell which taper may be causing problems.
