I don't remember falling asleep and I'm never sleepy even if I slept short I also suffer from anhedonia but I try my best to be positive I hope this not remembering falling asleep kinda like a blackout goes away I didn't have this prior to benzos it happend when I smoked weed and took a benzo for sleep you're fellow benzobuddie gymrat!

I don't have the not remembering part, but I am also never sleepy despite only 3 hrs of sleep a night.
